The main concept in the design of this house is the free circulation of the occupants in, under, through, next to and over the building. Thus the idea of a bridge house emerged, and through the retaining wall - a ramp, we make the flat roof of the building accessible. The house is accessed through a break in the basement floor - completely submerged in the terrain allowing to achieve a more comfortable scale of the house in relation to the environment. All the rooms are distributed in a single line in order to take optimal advantage of the sea view. The seemingly simple volume is divided into two functions - a main living area and a guest area. In the middle as the core of the house is the outdoor veranda with barbecue.
